Latest USPS Zip Code Table You are now ready to download the latest version of the USPS zip code table. Please note the instructions below assume PICMAN was installed in a WINPIC folder. If your system has a PIC or PICMAN folder, but not a WINPIC folder, substitute either of these names for WINPIC. During the extraction process, the default drive name is X. Substitute the correct name for the drive on your system where PICMAN is installed (e.g, F or L) Instructions Save the download file in the WINPIC\ZIP directory. Then, click the START button on your desktop and run the file drive:\winpic\zip\zip_new.exe. The extraction process will place the new table in that directory. Download latest USPS zip code table
