Latest PICMAN Online Help System You are now ready to download the latest version of PICMAN's online help system. The changes explain recent program enhancements. Please note the instructions below assume PICMAN was installed in a WINPIC folder. If your system has a PIC or PICMAN folder, but not a WINPIC folder, substitute either of these names for WINPIC. During the extraction process, the default drive name is X. Substitute the correct name for the drive on your system where PICMAN is installed (e.g, F or L) Instructions Save the download file in the WINPIC\HELP directory. Then, click the START button on your desktop and run the file drive:\winpic\help\help_new.exe. The extraction process will place the new files in that directory. Download latest PICMAN help system
